The 1 Pcs Customized Liquid Cold Plate Will Ship Out Soon

Today , Sinda Thermal production team just finished the welding process for the 1 pcs customized liquid cooling plate. The cold plate is used on server cooling application, and the plate is welded by friction welding process. The cold plate will be finished the related reliability test in about 2 days , then we can shipp to the US customer for testing.
With it's high quality, high efficiency, energy saving and pollution-free technical characteristics, friction welding has been more and more widely used in new technologies and traditional industrial departments such as aviation, aerospace, nuclear energy, weapons, automobile, electric power, marine development, machinery manufacturing and so on.
