Copper Stamping Plate Hard Tooling Sample Finished

    Recently , Sinda Thermal is working on the hard tooling process for the thermal stamping plate. This copper plate is used for thermal heatsink soldering for the local customer. We finished the hard tooling sample today ,and checked all the dimension are ok, we will send some samples to customer for the approval before mass production.
