The Folder Fin Heatsink Is Ready For Shipment

 3 week ago , the Spain OEM customer released the hard tooling notice to Sinda Thermal for the folder fin heatsink production requirement, the material is aluminum 1100 with nickel plated surface treatment. We finished the heatsink production today,we will send the samples to customer for production approval. Thanks again for the choosing of Sinda Thermal.

 Folder fins provide more surface area and design flexibility than extruded heat sinks and other fabrications. These fins can be purchased separately, bonded or brazed as part of a custom heat sink, or utilized in a thermal system such as a heat exchanger.Folded fin technology can manufacture thinner fins than extrusion and bonded fin process, compared with zipper fins and skiving fins, folded fin has more surface area due to the structure.
